2019 NATIONWIDE ANNUAL FRIENDS OF THE POOR® WALK . The Friends of the Poor® Walk/Run began as a national program with the purpose of providing local Society of St. Vincent de Paul (SVdP) Conferences and Councils the additional funds to help support their special works projects. Today, that philosophy continues, with Conferences and Councils using the funds from this event to help people living in poverty.

7:30am……….Onsite registration
8:00am……….Mass / Registration
9:00am……….Walking begins (rain or shine)

  • Choose the size of your T-shirt (donation required).

    FOOTPRINT SPONSOR: The Friends of the Poor® Walk/Run is a fun-filled way that we can come together in support of the poor. Be a FootPrint Sponsor and your COMPANY NAME (including phone number) will be printed as a Sponsor OR you can request for IN LOVING MEMORY of a Love One who is no longer with us. The foot prints will be placed along the WALK ROSARY PATHWAY. Send an email to CLICK HERE ,include Name to be printed in the Foot Print Poster, specify if it is a Company Name or a deceased love one, your Name and Telephone number. You can mail your $75 donation to SVdP TREASURER, 12016 Gainsway Ct, Haslet 76052 before Sept. 27, 2019.
